i2004 can not call forward

I have one i2004 phone, that when we try to do F4 and enter number it says invalid number after the first digit!
All others are working properly!

Any ideaa?

Are u typing in the number of an internal set or an external number?

So its an external number cause i guess there is no set DN starting like that... u should
1) try to forward to internal set dn
2) check the capabilities settings of this set...

You need to turn on Line redirection for that set. You do that under Capabilities.

Great Thanks, that was the problem, Line redirect was "no".
