We are using Meridian Option 11 with Symposium CCS with M3905 telephone sets. When agents 'hang up' the receiver, they remain logged in. In fact, they must push a key to take a call or disconnect.
We recently installed some I2004 IP phones in a remote location and when these agents replace the receiver, they are logged out.
Sure we could always switch the agents to headphones so they can't 'hang up' but is there a way to disable the receiver switch in the I2004 phones?

sorry, can you be more explicit?

Go to LD 20 and print one of the sets to find out what ACD group you want...go to LD 23 ...CHG ...ACD XXX (your ACD que)...enter down to HOML and type in yes...hit enter until the MEM bar comes up.

Seems to be "yes" already. (see prt out below)
I thought it might be in the telephone options "onhook default path" but did not have luck trying the two options.

You want HOML to be NO. From the NTP's

HOML - Handset removeal or Make Set Busy key (MSB) logout

The HOML option allows an agent to log out by removing
the headset or going on hook without using the Make Set
Busy (MSB) key. Logout while on Agent Reserve causes
a cancellation message.

(NO) Log out with only the Make Set Busy key
YES Log out with either handset removal or Make Set Busy
key activation

Phenomenal! This is my first time posting a question and success. Thanks all for you time & effort.
I have added this to my notes.
