I use a bunch of phase 0 / 1 nortel IP phones with Asterisk, and use the tool mentioned in this thread to update the firmware on my stock of old, but NIB sets when I start using them. Recently the drive I had that tool and a few versions of firmware on crashed (yeah, and it was not backed up!). I was wondering if anyone has the 0602B76 firmware they could send me. I don't have a customer number to register for an account on the avaya site now, and it used to be a free download on nortel's site. I'll definitely need to keep hard to get stuff like this on a more reliable (mirrored, and backed up, and possibly in the cloud) spot from now on!

Thanks!

I found the TFTP / modified BCM proxy server for actually updating the firmware there again (the actual link in the original thread is dead now, but it didn't take much looking to find it again), but I didn't find any firmware versions. Do you know where the actual firmware would be there?

I believe it is in there. The firmware is called the .rom files. Just add the TFTP server and files to your computer the way he explains it in the "Now Read This" and "Readme" files. Everything you need to know is there.

Oh, you mean the firmware that comes with the updater. I think its B25, quite old compared to B76

Awesome, thanks! Google turned up an FTP link before too, but it wasn't actually working when I tried it. No idea if it was the same link or not.
