i20004 with Unified message ligh

I have 1 i2004 where the red message light does not stay on! It flashes goes off and shows up in Outlook as a already read message.

All other i2004 behaves properly the red message light stays on until you click on the message in Outlook.

BCM 400 3.7 2.4f

Any Ideas?

Couldnt it be that someone else have the same Mailbox installed on the UM?
What happen if u close Outlook? Still just a flash and off after a second? Did u try to delete and make new Mailbox? Did u try to reinstall UM Software on client?

There's been a few discussions here about messages being marked read in Outlook. There is an updated UM client available, some have found that disabling preview pane works, and someone else found that Google Toolbar was causing the problem.

The problem was: Google Desktop! Removed it and everything is the way it should be!
