I make somes test, I read doc, and now i know:
sample:
you have to vdn managed by to vectors
in first vdn in the vector you have collect digits for check a choice if no choice you route by default to the sencond vdn and the second vector.
If after the step route to if no digits collect the caller would like the make a choice (but so late) this events type are generated.
then in this case you see two type of events
no digits collected on 2 step of the first vector
and
Dial-ahead discarded on step x in second vector.
Thats all
