Hi, I am a new manager for a hotel. We currently have the Superconsole 1000. It's functional, but we have reached a point where we need more.
We need to be able to forward our calls to a cordless phone so the FD agent can do other work and still answer the phone in a timely manner. Currently, the way our system is set up, if a guest dials 0 to reach the operator, that call will not forward to the cordless phone - only calls from an outside line forward. Another issue is calls for guests. Once it has been forwarded to the cordless phone, we cannot transfer to the guest room. Lastly, I would love to set up an auto attendant to answer the phone, allow the person to select the guest room or dial 0 for reservations.
