Hi,

You can make vector looking images by going to FILTER > ARTISTIC > CUTOUT

However if you want true vector images you should use a vector program (ie - Illustrator, Freehand, etc)

You can also cut clipping paths around areas in photoshop and import the paths into Illustrator and edit the paths in Illustrator.

try Flash.

Import it in and use the &quot;trace bitmap&quot; option.. I find that very useful to make vector images.

Regarding flash, once you do the trace outline function you can export as .ai file then import into AI or PS.
