I want to learn about CCR tree for Norstar Phone system

What model of vm are you using? The browser interface is only available on the Call Pilot.
The basics- CCR trees are assigned under AA/Tables. They can only be modified when they are disabled.
When you build a tree, you'll be prompted for a path. Start with 0. Record your prompt- "for sales press 1, ..."
Whichever digit you record there is the path you'll have to program for that selection. So let's say you want sales calls to go to ext 225. Program path 1 as a transfer internal path to 225.
When you're done, quit and save the tree, then enable it in the table you're using.
That should get you started.
