I want to Enable and Disable 0 dialling so that people cannot dial 0 for mobile 1

I want to Enable and Disable 0 dialing for my Nortel system so that people cannot dial 0 or to any mobile number starting with 0 please help me out in that case.and also if i want to close any feature how can i close them for not access .....

Do you want to restrict users from dialing numbers that start with 0 on external lines? Also, what are the features that you want to disable?

yes sir i want to restrict from dialing 0 from any telephone set, means that we have numbers starting with 0562126419 (mobile number) and i want to restrict user to dial 0 or any number that is starting with 0

You can build a filter with a restriction for 0 and apply it to the lines.
