I want Definity training. 2

I was looking at the avaya.com/learning website and came across BTC188W2. "Definity System Admin for call centers" They offer it online.

1. Has anyone taken this class? I am interested in your feelings as to how good it is.

2. Would you recommend taking it in a classroom environment?

I am certified in Magix and am wanting to take the next step. All I know on a Definity is how to get a station list. Any help would be appreciated.
