Hello,
We have several Definity G3r v9.5 which we access thru INADS via the CLAN. This has been working flawlessly for 10+ years. Recently, both the INADS and local terminal access are being repeatedly disabled. By which I mean not only can we not access the PBX remotely from ASA (communications error- no ports available) but the local terminal is also disabled (no prompt). The only way to get the terminal back online is to reboot the PBX- the hard way, from the cabinet breaker switch. Then all access is restored until the next day.
The network admins have told us that there are no configuration changes and network security says they are not running a scan or any other processes.
Does anyone have suggestions for troubleshooting? We're at the end of our ropes here rebooting the PBX's every time we need to change a set name. At this point, I am going to try unplugging the network cables and trying modem access to prove whether the network is the issue.
Thanks!
