I need to move the citrix data store to another server

I have the same issue, but different. I have an old server running SQL 7 and I want to install a new data store on a new server using MSDE. I found an article about it, but my question is the following: Since Citrix upgraded to Presentation Server 3.0 doesn't it need its own licensing server? Does this have anything to do with the old data store idea since a lot of the info in the data store is the license from Citrix anyway? Thank you.
