I need to find out Modem strings for an Infra-red port on a HP Jornada

Hi all,

I have an HP Jornada 820 running windows CE and i am trying to use the infra-red port with my Samsung A110e mobile phone, but when I try to dial the number connect to the internet it keeps coming up "no carrier detected" even though my mobile phone has a built in modem.

Does anyone know what manual modem strings I could enter to force the palmtop to dial the number without waiting for a dial tone ?

Any help would be very much appreciated.
