I need the best free dbgrid control for VB6

I know VBAccelerator Grid control but it seems not to
have Datasource property so I cant use it data-bounded mode.
If anybody know a grid control for VB6 with filter, nice graphic styles, ect.
which can be used in data-bounded mode, and free,

'Best' means something different for everybody. What is best for me may not be best for you. You really need to be more specific about what features you need ('etc' isn't all that useful ...)

head click event or sorting feature (important!)
flat style (no 3D) (important!)

+
different color rows and columns
filter feature

It does not sound like you need much more than a regular FlexGrid would provide. It should really take little more than a day to make and debug a nice little ActiveX for that. Just use a FlexGrid and a couple of Picture boxes along with the VB ActiveX wizard and you'll be fine. Google for the sort and filter functions, I'm sure you'll find plenty.

And as you are starting now I would stay away from the BOUND controls, and as such VBAccelerator would be fine on that aspect.


Not doing so will cause you headaches in the future.....
