hi there

currently firmware v8 installed in my device (tde100) and i have a sip trunk to asterisk in it. so i need my asterisk extension's can call out through tde100 Co Line
but it route all calls to the operator. i heard that is the firmware problem and its work in v4 and v5 !![ponder]

How is the Panasonic and asterisk connected are you using gateway card?

yes i use sipgw virtual card in tde, also i test with pri trunk and its fail too

I would say it is class of service settings. Trunk to trunk calls are not allowed by default

What access codes are you dialling on the tde yo get across the gateway

Don’t think it is any thing to do with v8. I have not heard anything about that issue

idon't have any gateway or access code, my extension's between asterisk and tde can talk to together

this is my setup

Asterisk11 with 2xx extensions <======siptrunk=====> TDE100 with 1XX extensions and PSTN co linen connected to LCOT16 card

i want to my asterisk extensions can call out with co lines that are connected to tde LCOT16 card

On the Panasonic what is set as line access code if it is a sip gateway card and not a sip trunk card you should be able to use private network settings for routing

So if you set, lets say 9 on the asterisk to be sent to the Panasonic, this will route the call to the co trunk. Class of 1 should be on the trunk group

Asterisk users being able to use the CO Line connected on Panasonic may not be easy. I did a similar project and it gave me alot of hard time. I my case it was a KX-TDE600 integrated with Asteisk 11 through PRI (Digium 1TE235BF Dual Span ISDN E1 Card). Initially the PRI Line from the Telco was terminated direct to the KX-TDE600 but i migrated it to port 1 of the KX-TDE600 and port2 of the TE235BF now conneted direct to the PRI port on the KX-TDE500. Configured everything and all worked fine except i had trouble getting extensions on Asterisk to use the CO Lines that were connected on the LCOT card of the KX-TDE600. Panasonic requires that you dial CO line access code "9" 0r "0" before accessing the trunk. Even when i setup dial plan in Asterisk to automatically insert that it did not work.

My approach that worked!
I used an FXO card in Asterisk and connected analog extensions from the TDE600 to provide analog trunks to Asterisk and it eventually worked - Extensions on Asterisk ccould finally use the the CO Lines on Panasonic. The same trick works for operating door phones on TDE600 from the Asterisk end.

The SIP integration would have been the best integration to fix it all since both systems support SIP.

I DON'T THINK IT'S SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE VERSION OF YOUR PABX
