I need RAID help

I have Sun box running Solaris 7 and Disksuite. While doing disk rebuild on the RAID unit, the disk rebuild would get to 90% or more and then a RAID error message would come up on the screen indicating that the disk needed a rebuild. In the past I have had problems with the controller cards.

Any ideas?

A silly question, but you are using identical drives within your RAID config ?

You could look at available patches and maybe trying a newer version of Disksuite. (but stabbing in the dark - i'm afraid).
