I tried to make the reconcile of terminal numbers in the synchronize, but the system try initializing and then go up the log screen, but without results. I restarted the server and check the system with the repair and compact options. Please help me with this problem.
 
Ensure that your user name and password that you entered when you set up OTM is correct. This will be found in your customer properties tab when you right click on the site within OTM navigator and select properties. Make sure that your site windows are closed. Also verify that your pdt password is entered correctly.

Ensure two pty's are configured !
