I have a form that takes assorted information for a certain vendor. There are a few text fields and the rest are check boxes(yes/no).

I had a DAP for the entry and a report in access to show that shows them all. Access is to complicated or to bulky for my average user. I need to be able to view the results on a DAP. When I save the report or the query as a DAP is shows the results however the check boxes become 0 and -1.

Is there a way to make these 0' and -1's back in to check boxes or simply (yes and no)?

I created a DAP from a table with checkboxes and created one from a query with checkboxes. Both worked as usual. Did you create a report in Access and then save that as a DAP? Please be more specific.

I guess I was just tired yesterday and was doing something odd. I have been trying to reproduce what I was getting yesterday all day long and I just keep getting check boxes. Sorry to bother you.
