I need help with DND, I can not override this function

I have a STSe and need 4 of the 14 stations to be DND but I need to have them ring when transferring to them from the attendant, I have followed the steps outlined in the pdf that was supplied with the switch with no luck. I believe it was telling me to program a button for this function but could not get it to work...any advice?

I don't understand what you mean. When a station is in DND mode it will not ring, under any circumstance. It gives other users who have a button for that extension on their phones an indication that the extensionn is busy. This means a call will not transfer to, or ring the extension in DND. If you have voicemail then a transferred call should go directly to the mailbox. I need more information about what you are trying to accomplish so that I can help you out.

I got it working. When in DND you can make it ring with an override from the attendant. You have to program one the of soft buttons with 601 or 602 I think.

Can you set up the phone switch to roll over the CO lines or is this done by the phone company?
