I need help to remove the FORWARD in some extensions 1

Hi, well I'm new here, I'm a IT manager, but recently I put new extensions in my organization, then I copy the configuration of a "normal extension" with LD 20, but for example when some extension is busy and enter a new call, only one ring and the the call is trasfered to another extension, How can I remove this?, I was checking in the forum but I can't find a similar case, I apreciate your help kissses !

Ok, thanks for your answer, yes the problem is when the phone is busy and recive another call, the second call is transfer to another extension, sorry if I my question disturb you.

Busy is defined by programming the HUNT DN and enabling it in the cls by making it HTA. Forward no answer is defined by programming the FDN DN and enabling it in the class by making it FNA. In your situation you have hunting allowed and are telling it to hunt up the key strip by putting in HUNT 000 which is short hunt up the key strip.
