I need help on how use mat to install circuit cards.

I have a one pim cabinet and some circuit cards I would like to install. I can login to mat and see all the commands, but have no clue on which forms I need to fill out to add the appropriate hardware. I have set the time and date using ATIM which is the first step in the installation manual. Next I went to ASYD to attempt to assign the system data and things get confusing. Can anyone walk me through the process for adding just one circuit card to this sytem. aI can apply this same procedure to the other circuit cards I need to install. I am only referring to the programming side of the installation, all cards are in the switch.

If they are just digital or analog cards, program a port (ASDT) on each of the cards. The rest of the ports on that card will start to flash.

OK, I must correct myself. My issue is that I can not get any of the cards in pim 0 to go OPE status except the PW55 and sw10 card in that pim. If I make busy the the SW10 card all th LEDS on the line cards will lite solid green. I have also noticed that my cpu LED (pim ope) in not on.
