I Need Help Configuring Fallback Extensions...

We have IP Office 500 and I want to configure an extension to automatically redirect to another number after three rings for ONLY incoming calls on a particular IDD

Scenario... Incoming route has calls for 88877736 and 88877737 to be routed to 1000. I want calls for 88877737 to be sent to 2000 after three unattended rings at 1000

I would just create a hunt group for the 7737 number and make that hunt group the destination for the incoming call route. Make the hunt group sequential with 1000 as the first member and 2000 as the next member. Set the No Answer Time to 12 seconds (you may need to play with this a little). This will cause 1000 to ring for 12 seconds and then pass it on to 2000.
