I need basic help in sharepoint

hello every body, im a new sharepoint user and i don't know too much thing about it can someone be my assistant to learn about this technology ?
i don't know how to personalise the pages and the section.
im waiting for your help

I would suggest either using the help provided with sharepoint or even trawling through the microsoft web site under

http://www.microsoft.com/sharepoint

Try checking a couple of the white papers, you may sound something worthwhile.

Their are a couple of good books on the market at the moment, especially the new sharepoint administrators book. Have a search through amazon or some other book shop and you should find a book to meet your needs.
