Hi everyone.

I am trying to create an overdue report in crystal ten.

I need to show what is over due by due date and time to the current date and if it has an extension date I need to show that record. how do i get the due date and time overdue and if it has a extension date that is over due how do I get it to show. and if there is no extension date still show the overdue by due date and time....

Thank you for your help...

additional info. here is what i have so far

{Incident.State:} = "O" and
{Incident.Series} in "300" to "899" and
{Incident.Action Office Code} = {?Enter Action Office} and
{Incident.Due Date & Time:}<=CurrentDateTime

now I need to add the extension date if it is overdue and if there is not an extension date I need to show the overdue by due date and time. these are two date and time fields...

Try {Incident.Due Date & Time:} <= (CurrentDateTime - {extension}). Crystal assumes whole days: "DateAdd" allows you to add or subtract other intervals, including hours, minutes and seconds.
