Not sure of an entire list for NT (since each can be quite unique), but this free downloads may help you isolate ports that are currently "speaking" and "listening" - on your NT box.
netstat (at the firewall)
portscanner (some free ones on the internet i.e. shields up will give a short list, or build your own.
more practical - any rule you create that has a service listed creates a listening port, no matter whether the rule created was for internal/external the listener shows up on both interfaces, regardless of which interface you apply the rule. In Raptor there is no such thing asa stealth port. Unless of course you want to talk about filters, which is another issue altogether...if you apply the filter you will not have ANY connectivity, so do not apply filters for a port (service) that you are actively using.
