I need a disk cloner that will copy everything, even the boot sector.

I've been looking around and I can find several that work for FAT and FAT32 but I can't find one that will clone a drive with NTFS-5.
 
PowerQuest's "Drive Image 2002" works perfect, and the second drive is bootable. Just make sure to NOT let the program make either hard drive "hidden" unless you plan on keeping both HD's in the system.
 
Great! Thanks, I will look into both. I had been searching for smaller freeware or shareware apps but I struck out. I don't mind shelling out a little cash if I can find a workable solution though.
 
I think you might actually be looking for drive copy.
 
From my own experience as well as what i am using right now for my Windows XP environment here at work, i use Acronis TrueImage 6.0. Very easy and simple to use and cheap as well. Works perfect for me.
