I need a ACD Nortel 3905 to ring

I need to make a Nortel 3905 ring instead of buzz when calls come into the ACD que. There are 10 phones in the ACD group 4 phones ring whem calls are presented. 6 phones buzz when calls are presented. All of the phones seem to have identical programming.

All the options on the phone are set the same. Is a certain option I should be targeting?

Look closer at the CLS.

set CLS to RNGI - Rings when off hook and IDLE. buzzes when on a call.

or set CLS to RNGB - Rings when off hook and IDLE -or- Busy on a call
