Where is the information supposed to appear when you do an etrc cli ccommsand?

I tried it out on a known extension, calling it from my cell but no results.

In Overlay 80 the command
ENTC CC UU XXYY where XXYY is the duration in hours and mins
System responds with the message TRA 306 (Time duration out of range)

Notes;
Code exists for Enhanced Call Trace from X11 R20 with Multi-User Login for Option 11.

LD 80 has two modes, snapshot and enhanced.

Snapshot - gives you information on the current call status of that TN
TRAC l s c u

Enhanced - prints whenever the call status changes
ENTC l s c u t (t is duration - 0100 is 1 hour)
GOTR (start trace)

STPT (stop trace)

TRAC & ENTC are for sets and trunks. There are other commands for consoles and digital trunks.

I tend to use the TRAC command via a Procomm Plus script that I've posted here in the FAQ section so that it repeats the command as soon as the "." appears again. It's also useful in other areas such as testing that a digital set has been enabled etc.

As always, a wealth of information!
my problem is I have a phone that keeps ringing. first it would call the front desk on its own. I swapped it out cleaning the keys on the newer before connecting, but then it started BEING called. If I can see who or what keeps calling ("The calls are coming from inside the house!!!")it would be helpful.

is it possible that humidity can have an effect on older phones? As the weather here in the hinterlands turns muggy and warm, it seems as if more "sticky key" issues are popping up.
