I lost the recyle bin on my desktop, how do I get it back? 1

Download Tweakui complete with install instructions from ,
Recycle bin is included in above , either on or off the desktop .

Hello there...
Your recycled bin folder may have become damaged.
F8 bootup/Command prompt only and type exactly below including spaces
and
press return after each command
c:
cddeltree recycled
and re-boot
windows will make a new repaired recycled bin/folder for you.
Repeat for all drives/partitions.
You may also have to install the free MS TweakUI and use it's repair options.
