I lost my PW to access F983 on my phone

Ya, I think I changed the password to access F983 (to modify voice mail in the system) so now, I can't change anything.

It should be 1020000 or 120000 or 10020000

But nothing works... I guess I screw up big time!

How can I reset everything to normal again?

do you have 2 or 3 digit dns? Press feat. 985 then press 9 then spell RESETSMPSWD if you have 2 digit it will be 120000 and f you have 3 digit it will be 1020000 etc.

pat911, what are your dns 2,3, or 4 digit that will determine the default pswd. If you followed my steps then you should be good to go. Again 2 digit pswd default is 120000- 3 digit 1020000- 4 digit 1002000 once you enter the right pswd you can get right back into feat. 983 programming.
