I lost my address book in Palm while trying to sync it with Groupwise

How do I get my address book back. We have syncwise and I tried to get my palm to sync with groupwise and my address
book is gone. How do I get the back up copy back into palm? And then into groupwise?

I am not sure about groupwise. But for the Palm do yu not have the Palm desktop software installed on a PC some where? If so when was the last time you sinced up? If you have sinced up you can just resinc and get the address book back. James Collins
