I Keep Getting An Error Message...

I keep getting an error message when i start AE 6.5 pro that says, "After Effects error: missing global text resources (76 :: 0)"

Has anyone had this prob before and any ideas how to remedy it? Maybe there is a file missing from my install somehow?

Nevermind, I fixed the problem myself but I don't know how to remove this thread.
