I keep getting an 4008 and a 3e48 Hex errors

I work at an IT helpdesk and I do some of the backing up responisblities. For the past couple days I've been getting these errors but nothing else, no description. Does anyone know what those errors mean? I've gone trough the entire support page for veritas.

Final error category: Other Errors

This is all it posts in the Job Log. It backs everythings else up. But when it gets to System State it fails, and hands me this to go by.
