Well, you can try using what you have and use a monitoring tool to watch the CPU temperature for overheating (i.e. something like SiSandra).
If heat is an issue, you might need to get a dual fan powersupply as AMD recommends.
I have a 2200+ and 2700+ CPU's and notice a large difference with the fan right at the CPU taking heat away from the area of the heatsink and sending it straight out of the case.
I would give a try and see what you can do for airflow. It's all about airflow and ambient temperature around the case. You could very well have no troubles, depending on those and other factors.
