I installld a PRI in a UX5000. Followed instructions for an SL1100 which is near identical from what I can see. The inbound and outbound calls work fine. At that time the voicemail died. All ports rang busy. I tried all troubleshooting methods and could not fix it. I heard that it could be a license issue. I removed one of the port cards, a 4 port COI card as suggested yet the AA and VM do not work. All ports busy. The system shows 200 ports with 24 in use and 176 available.
