Hi all.

I am trying to create a report which will include two columns that will have a count of occurences of ACTIVATED and DEACTIVATED lines. Each record of my table has a ACTIVATED and might have an DEACTIVATED date.

What I am trying to do is the display the following on eadh detail line which will totals by dealer in my report:

Dealer ACTIVATED DEACTIVATED NET

I am using count([ACTIVATED]) and count([DEACTIVATED]) to fill in the ACTIVATED / DEACTIVATED columns.

My question is this:
How can I get an net count (ACTIVATED - DEACTIVATED) to be used in my NET column, having in mind that all that information will be displayed in the detail area?

Any help will be appreciated.

Have you tried
=Count(Activated) - Count(Deactivated)

That seems like it would do it.
