I have video but no sound !!!!! 2

I can import and play videos just fine, but there is no audio!!!! Please help!!!

when you are importing the movie and it gives you the option to import audio you are choosing yes?

Any movie? Or just this particular one?
Maybe something with the sound format of that movie... If you can import other movies and they work fine! Regards,
