I have to install the 5 PRI on 1000T

I want to install the 5 th PRI on the 1000T, I have a MGT1000 also i have the SSC card and the expancen daughter board.
How can i connect??

1000T ? an scc card it an opt ll controller, not usually required to add pri number 5..

I am tring to say i have all the cards, including 2 MB pri also, how to connect the expancen to the main chasie,

The manual return from the main chasie back pannel port 1 to the expancen back pannel port 1, and i have to give the IP address on the both side is it?
that not saing on the manual

On CS1000T, you can install max 4 PRI per MG. PRI boards can be installed in main chassis. Expansion have to be reserved for Media Cards.

Do you have PRI and MC?

If you have already done some configuration on CS1000T, give a print of IP conf

Yes i have 3 PRI on 1000T..i didnt do the IP conf so far....

Are you sure you speak about 1000T or 1000S or 1000M chassis?

1000T is normally associated with 1000E and need to have as many DSP on media cards as PRI trunk members. 1000T speaking with 1000E with H323 only, MC are mandatory !!

I am using SIP trunk for 1000T to 1000E..i am talking abt the 1000T

Connection from 1000T to 1000E can be h323 or SIP but need the use of MC anyway. If you wish no trunk congestion between those 2 PBX, you must have as many VGW channel as PRI trunk.

What do you actually have in that 1000T?

Is it speaking with 1000E?

Is it registered in NRS?

I am using 4 PRI on 1000T i want to increase 2 more..i was talking abt that..i thin u misunderstood

1000t and 1000E are working fine

You can add your PRIs in 1000T in an additional main cabinets (not possible in expansion cabinet).

If you don't add MC, when all channels of actuals MC will used and a new call will come from network, it will not be able to handle it to 1000E...
