At the didn prompt they are probably set to yes, which means they will send out the dn that you are calling from.
The best way would be to create a new entry in ld 15
chg
net
clid yes
entry= one that is not used
Can't remember the rest off the top of my head but you can find it under ld 15 net_data in the input output guide.
Then make the change to the phones key x 1234 y or dn 1234 y
y=new table entry.
When a call goes out from my system, this number is generated and gives the e911 the location the call is coming from. However, since I have remote sites all over, the caller has to be able to give the operator specifics. I dont all the ins and outs of e911, but it seems to me that you would have to provide the 911 center with these non-did numbers and the location of these numbers within your site. If your site is single location, no problem, but if you are multi-location, there is where the situation could get sticky.
Well the way it sounds like it is set up now he is sending a nxx plus the non did dn. The operators will see this number and it may belong to someone else.
Ok, build an entry 2 with the main number nxx, didn-no, and I think it is hloc=main dn, then assign it to the dns you are referring to. That will send out the main number when you are dialing out.
