i have probem with Virtual Pc 2007

Hi!
I have two OS ( two XP-s ex. XP1 , XP2)
I've installed Virtual PC in XP1- OS. what i have to do to connect into XP2-OS without restarting, i think Virtual PC is good but i'm now knowing how to work with it.

What do you mean by connect? do you want to share files between the two?
Do you have remote access turned on on the virtual pc?
