I have IBM xSeries 250 two processor, hang

This is the question
I have one machine IBM xSeries 250 with two processor Pentium III Xeon 700Mhz, 3GB on RAM, two disk 18GB on mirror for the operating system and 5 disk 18gb for the data on raid 5, the operating system is SCO Openserver 5.0.6 with RS506A installed, SCO SMP and OSS648A. The machine hang, no panic, no messages. When I remove SMP license the machine work fine (for tree moth no hang)when installed SMP license the machine hang

Please, help me

Have you installed the SMP package before any supplement or patch ?

I am not completely safe, there is some way to verify it, I think that if I settle in that order.

You may use custom (as root) to remove SMP, all patches and supplements, then installing SMP and then rs506a and other patches.
