I have few problems with new Citrix installation

Hello!

I have installed Presentation server 4 and I have few problems with that.

1. Web interface won't start remote desktop connection when connecting outside network. I won't get any messages on firewall log which would tell me where the connection stops. When I connect from LAN to web interface everything works fine.

2. I can only connect to remote desktop with administrative rights. When I remove user from local admin group ICA client won't connect.

2. Have you put your users in the "Remote Desktop Users" group ?

Yes off course I have. I added user group remote and also single user to the group.

Go to the Citrix Connection Configuration Tool.
Double Click the ICA Listener
Click on Advanced
Uncheck the box that says "only launch published Apps".

Do the above for the RDP Listener as well.
