I have check the data directory of Micantact center. There is not any smdr data in some days. I mean the SMDR is zero. So, I check the SMDR option and the class of service. All configurations are true.
Please let me know, how should I solve this problem?!!

Are there multiple Nodes listed in the DataDirectory?
Are you checking the correct one?

If you open up a telnet session with putty (logging output to text file) and connect to port 1752 on the controller, do you see data for the days MiCC lists no data in the data directory?
If nothing in the putty log, it will be as issue controller side. If there is, it is MiCC side, firewall between MiVB and MiCC perhaps?

Thanks for your reply.
yes, there are multiple nodes in data directory.
yes, I am checking the correct one.
as I wrote, sometimes data is missed. I have connect to 1752 via putty. I monitor the data. but I can not check the data every day, all the time.
there is not any firewall between the controller and MiCC.
