I have an NT4 domain with W2K clients

bit more detail would be useful (ie, what are you try to achieve). NT server policies (set up with policy editor on the server) will 'work' on 2k workstations in the domain -
But if you want to apply 2k style policies (as available with local group policy edito on 2k pro) which NT doesn't have equivalents for, you'll probably have to apply settings manually on each machine (run gpedit.msc).
