I have an IPO 500v9 user password not meeting minimal length 1

I have a IPO 500v9 telling me under all users on user page saying new password not meeting minimal length. Normally I do not put password there unless using softphone. Can someone think what I may of turned on by mistake or what could be the problem. I did not change anything under general settings. I am leaving the password blank

Minimum password length is something new and its set in the Security settings.

yeah on new r9 systems, go into the security settings (file, advanced, security settings), under general, disable the password enforcement for IP Office User Details.
