I have a unique problem with an ext

I have a unique problem with an extension in my phone system. It is a t7316 on Norstar Call Pilot 150 and it will go to voice mail from outside number but not internal extension. Any ideas?

Set up CFB & CFNA to the VM port

How is that done. I am asked to set ext during the set up but not the port

Don't understand what you just said as a set uses a port but its done under Capabilities in Set Programming.

OK when in capabilities>forward no answer>fwd to: what input should be there. I assumed the extension number, but it will not allow the ext needed. If this is where the port number should go how do I determine the port number for the phone ext. I need it to go to?

Press feature 985, the extension number you see is the one you set to call forward in capabilities
