I have a softphone license, but the admin wont let me hit enable softphone

I have a softphone license, but the admin wont let me hit enable softphone. I have the essential license too. Its not even showing the option for setting the user type either. What should I do?

Its R8 and it just says softphone license.

8.0 does not have a license called softphone.
8.1 does and if for using Flare.
The actual softphone needs a teleworker or power user license.

Ok. How do I turn on that if the enablesoft phone button doesnt let me click?

I think I figured. I think I need flare communicator. What do I need to run it? (license/featurew wise)
