I have a report that has a subreport that needs to supress itself (the subreport) only when a certain field is 0 within the records. So all records that have a certain field with 0, they don't want to show. I have it working, however, is there a way to "shrink" it so there is no "extra space" if there is a 0? If this isn't a good enough explaination, I will try a different approach. Thanks in advance...

Please refer to thread782-477236 and Madawc Williams has a very good explanation on how to suppress subreport.

Again, it all depends on how you report design and layout. In some cases, you migth consider to use underlying feature.
