I have a problem with outlook express (XP sp2).
I have 2 user on 1 computer, for A it's ok but for B it's no messeges on the mail. It's the same for imported old mail and new recived mail, I can see from who and also attached messeges but not anything in the messages box.

Make sure that you are logged as 'A' for A email and as 'B' for b email.

If this was not how you were logged when you imported mails you might have to re-do this

Are both users trying to use the same actual mail account?

No they have their own mail account and the problem is only for user B. B recive her mail but there are no message in them, she have 2 mail account. It's the same for the old imported mail.

check where the message DB is located for each user, logon as 'A' open OE & check. Logout A and logon as "B" open OE & check.

Insure that the users are not trying to use the same message store.

Please explain what you mean by "B recieve her mail but there are no messages in them".....

How do yo know the mail is recieved - is it in the inbox, but you can't see any text in the preview pane?

Yes it is like you wrote, all E-mail are in inbox but there are no text in the preview message box. It's the same with open E-mail, no text in the message (White part of E-mail).

What antivirus software are you using? Temporarily disable your antivirus softwareand restart OE to test (be careful not to open any unknown messages & get infected during this test!). If this solves the problem, look for an update or patch from your AV vendor. If the problem remains go to Start, Run, %SystemRoot%\System32\inetcomm.dll /reg, OK
