I have a new installation and the Mxe III will be on VLan699, IP address 10 182.102.139 ,the PABX core switch should be configued with IP 10.182.102.159, Gateway : 10.182.102.129.and for all PABX equipment 10,182.102.140 to 10.182.102.167. subnet: 255.255.255.224. IP Telephone sets on Vlan601, IP address : 172.16.0.0 to 172.16.0. 254, subnet : 255.255.255.0 , Gteway 172.16.0.1. I also need to creat Vlan 699 on the core switch and tag the uplink to a router. the PABX core switch should be connected to a free port on the core switch and that port should be untagged in Vlan 699. I need solution to achieve this. (MiVoice Solution)

Your Question is not clear. Are you asking us to design the network?

Also your subnetting is off

255.255.255.224 = 29 Hosts Max + 1 Gtwy, 1 network and 1 Broadcast.
10.182.102.128 = Network
10.182.102.129 = Gateway
10.182.102.159 = Broadcast
10.182.102.130 - 158 are usable hosts (not up to 167 as per your post)
